We had a fantastic few days at this lovely b&b. The room was clean and had great views over Windermere. All the staff were really helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. 
We would definitely recommend this accommodation, and will hopefully be back soon.

We stayed at Lingwood Lodge last weekend, The B & B was immaculate, the room size was great, parking was adequate, the location was great & central. Although they don’t provide a hot cooked breakfast they do provide a selection of good quality produce in the mini fridge in your room. Overall impressed & would certainly recommend.

What can I say that all the other reviewers haven't already said.Everything was perfect.
My wife and I were having a short break to celebrate our dual retirement and it was just what we needed.Comfy bed, brilliant breakfasts, spotlessly clean, great location and the most welcoming greeting from Karol upon our arrival.
We have stayed in lots of places over the last 40 years in The lakes and this is the best yet and wish we had found it earlier, so would highly recommend.
Our best wishes to hosts Nigel & Karol for the future by the way.

Fantastic B&B. A warm welcome from attentive and friendly host Nigel. The room was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, we’ve just gotten home and the Mrs says we have to find where they sell those duvets! There was a wonderful bird feeder full of life outside our room. The dvd library sorted into categories was a lovely touch. Breakfast was tasty and clearly made with local, fresh produce. Location was ideal, 5 minutes walk to the centre of town. We will be back in the very near future! Thank you Nigel and Karol!

Brill hotel rooms were comfortable and clean my bed was huge and slept like a top. Stayed here with 2 friends for one night but could have stayed longer. 
Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were very attentive and lovely. 
The location was good and an easy stroll into the centre of bowness. 
Would deffo recommend a stay here and i will be back probs with the hubby in tow this time 🥰

My husband and I stayed at the Lingwood Lodge in September 2023. We were given a very warm and friendly welcome, the room (a family room) was spacious and comfortable, and clean,  and it was lovely to have a coupe of chairs and a table to sit at too. Breakfast was also really nice, all in all we had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend it. 

Just had 2 nights in Bowness staying at the fantastic Lingwood lodge. Amazing that we have never stayed here before as the place has everything you would want from a lakes short break. Fantastic location, off road parking, great rooms kept to a great standard and one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in Bowness. We will definitely be returning.

Great location just minutes walk from shops,food and attractions. Lovely room with good view and very clean, really comfy bed and a well stocked tea tray. Breakfast was amazing, Karol and Nigel are fantastic hosts very friendly, welcoming and helpful if you need anything. Will definitely return ,another bonus is the free onsite parking we had a lovely stay.

We had an excellent stay at Lingwood Lodge at New Year. The hosts were so welcoming and had presented the room and the B&B beautifully and thoughtfully. The quality of the room, beds and amenities were all excellent with a generous welcome tray in the room. Lovely breakfast and a pleasant atmosphere throughout. The family room comfortably slept 4 and parking on site is quite a bonus. Easy walking distance to Bowness centre and lakefront. Would most definitely stay again.

Fantastic place! We stayed for two nights last week and couldn’t be happier: the rooms are spotless, the view from the window is fantastic, quiet and warm place and trays are full of tea/coffee/ biscuits. Very close to the town centre so we walked to the lake and back every day. Nigel and Karol are lovely and the breakfast they made us is one of the best breakfasts we have ever had! They also were very kind to accommodate us a bit earlier. We can’t wait to return back again!

Fantastic!!!

Had the loveliest stay at Lingwood Lodge. Karol and Nigel are the perfect hosts and made us feel extremely welcome from the minute of booking until we left. Nothing was too much trouble and there is a lovely cosy feeling to the place. The room was spotless, spacious and the beds were so comfy. We slept very well and it was so nice that we were able to have a family room that accommodated us all and not have to book two 2 separate rooms because our children are over 12 like many places. Everything has been thought of to make sure you have a perfect stay. Breakfast was amazing and plenty of choice and our two always hungry teenage boys left full, the waffles in particular went down well with them and the smoked salmon was delicious. We will definitely be back.
