*Clean and everything you need.* Nancy the host runs a tight ship here and was very helpful throughout (also makes a great English fry-up). If I owned a BnB I'd want her running it. I was here longer than expected whilst house-hunting - I'm used to S/C apartments (hard to get in Boston unless paying well over odds) - but was very happy with the room I had (front right at top which has own WC). The locals are friendly enough once you get to know them. Yes a bit dated etc but for the price you def won't find better in Boston. Recommended. *****

Quite shocked at the reviews for this property, yes the décor isn't brilliant, for the price, huge bed, clean bedding, en suite, TV, WiFi, warm and dry.  The owners couldn't do enough for me, from the moment I walked in. The breakfast was amazing also the Thai Food was beautiful.  The negative reviews for this does not match the price you pay. Thank you guys. See you next time.

Warm and comfortable, great service The rooms are cute, warm, comfortable to watch and the main thing is cleanliness. I am very impressed and satisfied with this accommodation. I hope to have a chance to come back here again


Nice room in good location. Very good service. Would recommend to anybody. You get all what you need for a stay. I forgot a toothpaste and it was late to go to the shop. Got it from Brad without a problems and extra charge. They show that guests are important to them

The place is in a nice area and parking goodThe house is very dated but understand the costs to make changes so reflects in price.Shower lovely and warm..Beds really comfy..Clean..Not hassle..

Ideal for me both location and nice clean room. Also on site parking. A bit quirky but that just made it more interesting.

Our stay was amazing at Bramley Home. We were treated with a friendly atmosphere by a lovely staff member who was quite sympathetic,  understanding and flexible.  If possible, we would advise that a water tap be made available to collect kettle water for tea.Many thanks.

Booking. Com double booked the room I booked at an alternative venue 36 hrs before arrival and I found this last minute. I was quite nervous considering the reviews. 

The bed was huge and comfy I slept well. 
There was no noise. Room was clean and tidy, open wardrobe and flat screen TV. Tea coffee and milk all replenished when I returned on 2nd day from work :) 

Due to bad weather (storms) main lights went out twice as I think the circuit tripped. Still had TV and side lamp and lights were sorted and working again within 5 mins by host who was very helpful and accommodating. 

Yes the decor is a little dated but I wasn’t here to look at the curtains and quilt covers ;)

Bathroom (wet room) was also clean.
It was lovely and warm. 

Good value for what I paid. If you pay for Beer you get Beer! Not Champagne. I feel a few customers are expecting champagne for Beer money. 

Will definitely use again if needed in the area. :)

We stayed last year and had no problems and decided to return again, we had the same room which was perfect as we knew this room is big enough for us all as family etc .. 
Room we had was big and lots of space for storage etc the room it self was clean and everything we needed for the weekend was there. The owner is very helpful we would stay again prices are reasonable.

You get what you pay for. Its was functional, somewhere to sleep and sort of shower! Towel was lovely. Shower little more than a trickle for warm water. Bed was Comfortable,  huge but if there had been 2 of us ( bed plenty big enough for it) the cover wouldnt have been enough. Tv had multiple lines down it. Website offered breakfast, its called a b&b- no breakfast available. And waited about 10minutes to find someone to check in. If all you want is a toilet and bed, for alot cheaper than the rest of the area- Bramley house is for you
