This Hotel is amazing you are not a Number all The Staff know you by your first name. You are very well looked after, each time you go back you meet other Regular Guest that speaks for itself. The food is good if you are hungary and want a bit more just ask and they brink it for you. Entertainment every night. On arrival at the Hotel you soon have a hot drink and a scone and jam this time it was a mince pie. The rooms are good my bed was realy comfertuble. Included in the price door to door service trips out giving time to shop without rushing. It is a Good Hotel with no real faults, Smiley the owner does take notice of what you say and will go out of the way to make sure that you enjoy your holiday with his loverly wife helping all the time. It is very happy Hotel that keeps the same staff. The biggest problem is that you need to book well in advance to get in, The real Bonas is the Door to Door Service. For size and Quality it ranks one of the Very Best Hotels in Blackpool This is my Honest Opinion of the Langwood Hotel Malcolm Hyman
