Premier Inn Birmingham City a€“ Aston

We stayed here for my sons 10th Birthday, as we were visiting Cadburys world and The National Sealife Centre. The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, they couldn’t do more for you if they tried! I have stayed at a few premier inns and this one has by far been the best! I loved the facilities, the bar and restaurant area was lovely and modern and I also liked the fact that you could help yourself to extra tea, coffee, milk and sugar, and also ironing boards etc.. without having to ask a member of staff. I would definitely stay here again if I were coming to this area!! Whilst eating our evening meal, a lovely couple who were also staying at the hotel, came to us and spoke to my son who had his birthday badge on, they gave him £5 for his birthday and they made his day even more amazing! He couldn’t stop saying how kind they was and still keeps talking about it, I have told him that being kind goes a long way and he said he will be kinder to people from now on as it made him feel so happy and special!
