Had a 2 night stay here , the apartment was lovely , we chose the ground floor over looking the garden and abbey, and was quiet , lovely comfy bed and loved having a sofa at the end of bed so we could sit with a cuppa looking at the view out the window . Only a 10 min walk to town and free parking on site. We will definitely return there .

We’ve been staying here quite a few times over the years now, and we love it. It’s a nice period house with great spacious rooms. Quite and relaxing, with nice outlooks. And just a short walk into the town centre. 
Well worth a stay. 
Will definitely be coming back.

We stayed here for a couple of nights in room 2. The room was beautiful, quiet, clean and spacious. We were given a warm welcome by Arthur who gave us some suggestions of things to do, and was available for any questions or problems. Parking was easy and it was a short walk to the very centre of Bath. I would absolutely stay again and recommend to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 

Lovely house based rooms close to city centre and lovely eateries. Our room had the gold 4 poster bed, sofa and TV with a small kitchen adjacent to the small ensuite shower room. Not suitable for preparing big meals but ideal for tea and toast for breakfast. We were greeted and welcomed by the owner on arrival and informed of the area. Of street free parking and nice comfortable bed and duvet.

I've stayed here a few times now, and have yet to be disappointed. The rooms and location are wonderful. My favourite room is the room looking out towards the abbey. Arthur, the manager, has always been polite and helpful. When visiting Bath, I am always sad if I can't manage to get a booking at Number 17.

So, WELCOME 🔆💯

This is a gorgeous building converted into self contained apartments with sofa/dining area, small kitchen with fridge, microwave and hob, shower/toilet. This is so much better than any hotel room and having to lie on a bed whilst watching TV! Our room had a swivel out mounted TV (plenty of channels) a couple of small cupboards/closets, excellent Wi-Fi.

Fabulous location being just a 10 minute walk from Bath City centre and safe off road parking.

To walk up the stone carpeted staircase and use the large old key to open your room door is almost magical and transports you back in time...wonderful!

Very centrally located with free parking. All visitor attractions easily accessible by foot. Will definitely be returning next year. Self catering facilities were adequate and room was clean and tidy. All in all an enjoyable couple of days.

I stayed at Number 17 in Bath for 4 evenings.  I had the most amazing stay in the self catering room.  The room is luxurious and location to Bath centre fabulous.

I cannot rave about this location enough, other than highly recommend you stay.

We stayed here in June 2019. The room we stayed in was beautiful and very clean! There were a few restaurants/bars located nearby and it was about a 10-15 minute walk into the centre which was fine and allowed us to see more of Bath and the beautiful buildings. 
When we left we were also able to leave our car in the car park for a few hours until the next guests arrived which was a great help to us!

Great apartment

A big room, nice bed and quiet at the back of house but could use some extra touches to make it less soulless feeling.
Fridge was a bit black so had to clean it and floor could be cleaner 
Self catering room but no toaster just sink and little fridge. A knife and a couple of plates would have been useful.
Bathroom could be shinier. Just needs some descaler on the shower head, hose and tiles to clean them up a bit 
A bit of a soulless feel to the place so brought our own Xmas lights in the Pound shop and this made our room feel less cold.
No xmas lights anywhere on the property which was a real shame 
The crispiest old torn bath mat ever and towels could be softer 
No drawers for underwear or smalls
No bathroom shelves for toiletries
Scary “cousin IT” old tatty curtain ties!
Scruffy garden, could use some solar lights
However, a good location 10 mins walk into town
Will be returning as although not the same feel as a hotel, it’s a good location and 10 mins walk into town and  we preferred not having to rush down to breakfast so ate in the room or in town.  Will bring more lights and make our own special touches next time.

Hits all the right notes

Great location, beautiful building and friendly helpful member of staff to greet us on arrival. The room we had (a King Studio) was a good size, with a king size bed and a sofa plus a small kitchenette which was equipped with everything you might need, also supplied were; iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The bathroom was, however,  very small, there was just about room to squeeze around the door and there was nowhere to store any toiletries. There were a couple of issues when we arrived, there was a damp, used towel in the bathroom, food had been left in the fridge and there was a stain on the bedsheet. These were all dealt with promptly by the manager who apologised for them.  I would recommend this  apartment especially because of it’s convenient location, with parking.

Conveniently sited close to the junction of Pulteney Road and Great Pulteney Street, Number 17 is just 10 minutes’ walk away from the centre of historic Bath. Our first-floor room in this large period house was generously sized and equipped with small open plan kitchens and a bijou en-suite shower room. There’s on-site parking. No lift.

GOOD FOR THE CITY CENTRE

A cool house right next to the Rugby ground. The rooms also have kitchen etc. Unfortunately not everything was spotless clean and I had the give the plates and cuttlery a wash before we used it. Wifi was a bit weak but they offered sky TV which made up for it. There's also parking opportunities. The view from the room was very nice. All in all I'd stay again.
