Great place to stay for walking holidays or horse ridig experiences

Honestly can't fault the stay and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. The property is lovely,

I highly recommend Mullacott Farm B&B. I stayed there twice, and would definitely like to return.
Located just outside Ilfracombe, and around 10 minute drive from Woolacombe, the accommodation is very clean and well maintained, offering comfortable lodgings. There are lots of breakfast choices, including own made sausages, and the option of having a packed meal. Good quality food and hot drinks options. Alison and her family are friendly and hospitable. The farm has different animals such as chicken, ducks, geese and goats, also Danny and Moo 😊

Great stay as usual, same excellent service as always. Clean spacious rooms, secure car parking and bike store. We’ve used Mullacott three or four times over 6 years for Lundy trips and lately coast to coast cycling and would recommend to anyone.

Amazing b&b, the room was lovely and big, everything you could need was available to just grab. Loved the packed to go breakfast, especially the fact the hot food was farm fresh. Our daughter particularly enjoyed seeing the animals around the farm. We will definitely stay again, a big thanks to the owners

Close to other areas of interest. Easy to access. Set in a beautiful
area close to the sea. Good facilities if you want to bring back
takeaways or ready meals. Easy parking next to the accommodation.

We always use Mullicott before going to Lundy as we can leave the car there , we stay the night before and after .The staff are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble 
The rooms are well equipped comfortably, lovely and spacious, ours was on the ground floor this time and we even had a outside area with seats,  upstairs is still as spacious Although the breakfast is not a full cooked sit down option you can have a breakfast or as we do have a packed meal to take away I always have a ploughman's which is generous and well packed

We actually came May 2022 but forgot to leave a review! We''d been hunting for a place to stay due to attending a Devon wedding and the location was spot on.

Now it was a tad tricky to find however once we arrived the welcome was lovely.
This was while Covid was still very prevalent  so we had things very carefully explained to us regarding bedding, rooms etc which was very helpful & reassuring as our first stay anywhere since before lockdown!  We were made to feel very welcome. As someone who grew up on a farm in cornwall I was already in my element! The room was super cozy, warm and very clean! Tiny bit of noise  but its an old building you expect that and certainly wasn't unbearable!  We opted not to have breakfast because we didn't need it but the alternatives to the usual breakfasts we could have had were again very well thought out and explained to us.  The price was excellent for 2 nights especially and we had a lovely chat upon checking  out. 

Would definitely be back again thanks so much!

Brilliant, central place to stay

Lovely bed and breakfast and parking for trips to Lundy

Fantastic, warm and very welcoming! 

Absolutely lovely BnB, friendly lady introduced herself and let us check in early having driven up from Bristol the night before and having nowhere to go. Explained everything very well. The views on the farm and around the BnB are stunning. Lots of cute animals. Such fresh air. The room was very clean and tidy and a good size. Even the little details like the smell of the shower gel was lovely. Bed very comfy. Good working internet. And OMG the breakfast was fantastic. And well presented in a nice bag so we could eat there or take it with us. Not a buffet style but all fresh and a lot of choice. I had the sausage and bacon roll as did my partner. Will Definitely stay here again when visiting his family. 

Amazing place 

Exceptionally clean rooms. The availability of a fridge and microwave is outstanding. The finer details such as cotyon wool buds and superb fluffy towels, plus bath sheet really make your stay. Added bonus of petting the goats and watch the ducks go to bed and it is so quiet to enable a peaceful nights rest. Highly recommended.

Tip top Stay

Four of us spent one night on the way to Lundy and we all agreed that this place is something of an anomaly... B&Bs are often either pristine to a point when one feels unwelcome or friendly in a make-yourself-at-home way which basically means you're on your own :) Mullacot Farm is immaculate yet the hosts are amazingly friendly and welcoming - really could not think of anything I'd improve. Farm was fabulous to wonder (sic) around, good value for money, lots of breakfast options etc. Really can't recommend this place enough! 

Best of every world!

We recently stayed at this wonderful B and B.  Alison and Adrian are amazing hosts ably assisted by Alison's parents.

We arrived late because of the traffic but were able to update our hosts who were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Upon arrival we were shown to our very pleasant spacious room which was well appointed.

Our bed was really comfy and the quietness of the room was just what we wanted after escaping from our hectic city lives.

Breakfast was  a choice of scrumptious takeaway boxes or a sandwich in the dining room, there was a choice so as we were staying several days we chose to do a different box daily.  All were exceptional and packed with local food and I wont spoil the surprise by saying what they were.

Centrally located between Ilfracombe and Woolacombe we were able to go to both areas and Adrian used his knowledge of being in the local coastguard to point out the quieter places to go.

I would certainly recommend Mullacott Farm and we will be returning as there is more to explore in the area.  Ilfracombe is such a quaint town with many fine eating establishments.

Amazing hosts and accommodation

Just left after a wonderful overnight stay and parking for the car for the weekend whilst we head to lundy Island. 

Owners were most helpful prior to coming and so helpful and accommodating, even offering to be our taxi for us when local firms were unavailable. 

Room was lovely and comfortable.  Top quality toiletries and tea and coffee and our packed lunch looks DELICIOUS! 

Thank you so much! When we go to lundy again we will definitely be back! Highly recommend!!!

Excellent service and top quality accommodation

The room was lovely and was clean, the farm setting made it a nice change from staying in a chain hotel. Breakfast in times of Covid was alright but not ideal, we would have preferred a hot offering but it was ok. There was no water in the room until you collected breakfast which left me a bit dehydrated on the first night.Landlady was very nice.
