An absolutely top class guest house centrally situated in Ayr. Excellent value for money. Spacious bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Nicely decorated and furnished and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts excellent. Host Melissa very friendly and attentive.

Came here for a weekend break from the kids with my wife and as the title says it's a little slice of heaven. Very quiet and lovely atmosphere. The lady who runs it with her family is very friendly and helpful. Nothing better than people that can't do enough for you and make you feel welcome in there home. The breakfast was lovely and the beds are mega comfy plus the attention to detail with cleaning is first class. Very nice all round and definitely will be back for me.

Best b&b! 2nd visit for a wedding. Was so good the 1st time booked it again. Melissa is such a lovely host, would do anything to help. Rooms were as before, spotless and lovely decorated. Loved the twirls on welcome trays. It is truly a home from home. Can’t recommend it enough. If your staying in Ayr, STAY HERE!

The accommodations were outstanding in an updated home along a wide, quiet street.  It was easy to find, parking plentiful, close to restaurants and the Robert Burns centers.  We enjoyed visiting with the hosts who were friendly, engaging and helpful with suggestions for dinner and further travel.  We took their advice to drive down the ocean road through southern Scotland and fully enjoyed the beautiful coastal scenery. I would highly recommend this home for a wonderful stay in Ayr. (My husband has also enjoyed making poached eggs in swirling boiling water which he learned after our breakfast here!)
