Just an overnight to catch up with family. Excellent stay.

We had a lovely stay at the Duck Bay Marina, this is our second time staying at this hotel. The Hotel has been renovated since the last time we stayed. Our room was very comfortable and cosy. We were able to go from our room and see the lovely view of Loch Lomond. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. All staff were  welcoming and friendly.We also had a really nice  meal in the restaurant.

I stayed one night and really enjoyed my stay ,excellent so will be back again

Brilliant hotel. Team are very friendly and prifessional. Decor is superb, great food for dinner and breakfast and modern, clean rooms. Superb!

Stayed at the duck bay on 2 occasions 1st time i was in a roo  that walk out thought patio doors to the loch which was nice and so was the room . Second time wasnt the same outcome i was in the room next to reception and was awoke at 6am with deliveries ceah banfmf wallop of cages and engine running cab doors slaming . Bur wouldnt put me off staying here .

Homely Hotel

Room was nice but very small and only a small double bed.  Location is lovely and we had a decked area to sit outside. Bathroom small but had everything in.  Stayed on business and did not like having to provide £100 room deposit. Restaurant food was lovely for both evening meal and breakfast.Probably would not book again because of deposit and we did not sleep very well as used to a kingsize bed

Nice location - more of a  holiday hotel

I had booked this as a surprise for my husband.  We arrived early so room was not ready.  Checked in and was a bit disappointed as room was facing the car park.  I had contacted the hotel prior to arrival as it was a surprise birthday pressie.  However asked if there was any rooms with a view of the loch.  There was a surcharge of £40 or £60 which was a little disappointing and an unplanned spend.  However we upgraded as it was a special occasion to a suite which had beautiful views of the loch.  Room was initially freezing and took hours to heat up but worth it.

We had a fabulous stay at Duck Bay.  The staff were very friendly and helpful, delivered excellent service at all times. We loved our room. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable with fantastic views down the length of Loch Lomond towards Ben Lomond.  The food was tremendous and good value.  A fantastic experience all round.

Terrific stay.

We booked the executive suite overlooking the lock. The room size was great and we had easy access to a private patio. We ordered room service that arrived promptly. Food was lovely and the staff were very pleasant. Lots of water activities nearby and a bus stop across from the hotel if travelling via public transport. Scenery is unreal. Would recommend and will absolutely be back.

We absolutely loved this property. We stayed in one of the suites that had access to a semi-private patio with privacy shields. We saw maybe 2 people in the shared space the whole time. The room was large, clean, and quiet. The staff was very friendly and the on site restaurant was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed one night at Duck Bay and it was very good. The room was nice but for a deluxe price it prob wasnt worth the extra money. The bed wasnt very comfortable and the pillows were very lumpy. We told reception on checkout and they said they would replace the pillows. Nice view of the loch but weather was too wet to use the small patio. Staff were very nice, food was lovely both at dinner and at breakfast. I would stay again but not bother upgrading my room.

The hotel was fantastic. View was amazing staff were friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and we had great walking paths all the way to the next town.I would say the only downside is there was no dedicated parking for hotel guests so when the park is busy you may not have parking for your car. The other downside is that the motor sports on the Loch are quite noisy and continue into the night hours.

Amazing lake view

I thought the hotel was lovely. The staff were friendly, hotel and room was clean and tidy, breakfast was good also. I couldnt fault any of the hotel. My fault was with the visitors, they were noisy, banging doors, talking loudly and walking up and down in the corridors at stupid oclock. No consideration for others in the hotel.
