Good evening We arrived at the hotel today, went out to dinner at 19.30, it turns out!!! after 19.00 the kitchen is not working!!! You mean?! What kind of service is this? The administrator is talking about quarantine! Seriously? All employees and guests without masks, open pool, it doesn't smell quarantine And why not warn, at least?

They don 't cook after 7: 00.

Let's start with the good stuff: large rooms, clean laundry... and that's it... the downside: the first day's lack of hot water, black seams in the bathroom, no drinking water in the room, rather a bottle of highly-gased and cold, and a lot of money (three times more expensive than the store), breakfast is scarce... the bottom line - I'm not staying here anymore...

More of a minus than a plus.

Vip-Lux 2-room No.16 Positively-large and quite clean room, except for seats under the table and others, difficult to access  The rest - Big Fat MINUS!!! 1. approached - car parking - paid - more like an abandoned construction site; 2. entrance to the hotel - inscription DLON - indicates a torn meat bell with bare wires; 3. in the room on three - 1 chair, 1 bathrobe, teacup, tea, coffee, no toothbrush, a gel for shower in microscopic bags, you can't think of any part of the body of a dish with a distinctive menu smell; 4. we're in a clean bathroom, but in a white bathroom, but in a white bathroom, but in a white bathroom, but in a white bathroom; 4. in the room on the 7th and 9th floor.

The entrance is from the side of the building, not from the front as a visitor can expect, you have to take the elevator to reach 3rd floor. The room was big, wide, bed was clean, while the bathroom very small. In general the furniture is a bit old-fashioned and would need to be more up to date. Too bad I had to fight for one hour to kill mosquitos! The girl at the reception (efficient staff) gave me an electric burner. Bathroom was clean. I found very enjoyable, the night of my arrival, the tables outside where you can drink and eat, very relaxing. Breakfast was ok.
The hotel is in the centre of the city, in a very nice green area.
In general my stay was ok, a more modern appearance, lighter colours, a more general sense of comfort would help a lot in having a higher degree.

Potential is high, update needed

We stayed at the hotel late at night. At first glance, we liked it, it was quite spacious, clean. We took our things to the room with our wife and went to bed... and in the morning it turned out that there was no water in the city at all. When I asked why we were not warned before settlement, we were told that it was the city's problem, not theirs. That they had a reservoir with water, but only cold, and that we were lucky... if you decide to settle here, make sure they have all the unpleasant things to live in...

Not hot water

Before entering the complex, you unwittingly slow down a step - what is gAйки? And the larch just opens: we put an emphasis on the second layer, and we get Gaiqi! That is, the picturesque area of Zhytomyr, where this object is located. In translation from the Ukrainian word gayook - means roach, roach (near Kiev there is a railway station of the same name). Well, if the roaches are a few, you will get a multiple - Gaiqi. Here is such a landscape-marketing move, and we get Gaiqi!

Our company rented a hotel complex, a conference room, a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner in the new Hyka complex at Dry Yard 12 Gytomir for 50 people for 2 days. To say that everything was bad, to say nothing. The food was tasteless and unfresh (they gave the bread with mold for lunch), there were no elementary items: a spoon for tea/coffee, incorrectly counted to lunch, agreed that people would be able to enjoy the pool, since they stayed in the hotel for 2 days - in the end people were required to visit the pool for 50 UAH per hour. There was no liquid soap - there was a small barrel in the bathroom.

I stayed at this hotel not for the first time and not for the first time. It should be noted that in the last few years the hotel has maintained a good level. The hotel is located in a park area. On the first floor the restaurant itself is located on the third floor. The hotel has a spacious elevator. The hotel is spacious, with cozy rooms. The staff is polite. Breakfast - the Swedish table - is quite good. In any case, the assortment and quality of the dishes have satisfied me personally. The only drawback noted for herself is a weak noise isolation: the TV on the meeting room at 6 am, is well heard in the room.

Comfortable hotel with a good location

It's a decent hotel, but it's not super. There's no air conditioning, no refrigerator, no teapot, there's two glasses and a bottle of water. It's clean, the bedding is new, the bathroom is new, the towels are clean. Breakfast is included in the cost of living, a Swedish table, but if you come at 9:30, you can't see anything.

Hotel at 4.

First, understand that hotels in this city are very limited (& I've been traveling there since 1993). So a rating of 4 has to be taken in context - i.e., not quite the same as a 4 in NYC!
However, the Gayki is a fairly recent addition to the hotel scene there, & a welcome one. I've stayed there a few times in recent years. It's quiet (unless you're unfortunate enough to get a room on 2-3 fl directly above the ball room & its loud music), clean, & reasonably comfortable. And, it's inexpensive - $18 per night on our most recent visit. (The Reikartz in town is nicer, but more than double the price, & it doesn't get rave reviews.) Each room has a clean bathroom with a "shower cabin" (no tubs). Beds are okay. Breakfast included with the room, & it's a decent buffet (basically the same every morning, however). All in all, it's a great price for what you get, & it's in an excellent location, very near many of the city's restaurants & other attractions. Like most Ukrainian hotels, it's not a resort, so don't look for a lot of amenities. But if you're looking for a clean place to stay at a great price in a good location, this is it.
