It's very convenient because behind the museum in Ephesus it offers basic services for about 25€ the double with bathroom and breakfast in the courtyard.

Essential in line with the cost

We stayed one night in Barim pension to discover Ephesus and the region and we discovered here a place of beauty, peace and kindness. The ancient house has a romantic charme and the simple, big and economic rooms have all the necessary to a perfect stay (a/c, wifi, toilettes...) The courtyard is a nice place to spend the free time, the owners are kind and sociable.

A place of peace, beauty and kindness

My room was simple, slightly shabby, but clean and comfortable with a/c. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, and the owner was flexible. Good breakfast. Excellent location in a quiet part of town next to the museum and 5 minutes from the bus station.

Very good place to stay

Although much remains to be desired in their service and room, the location is good for people who want to be themselves. It's just behind great efis museum and costs around 40 TL with hot water and free breakfast. You cannot ask for more.

Cheap and homely

I stayed here for a few days as a base to visit Ephesus. This is such a lovely pension, very friendly family run place. The décor is really nice lots of little, interesting bits and bobs in the rooms, cool metal sculptures, made by the owners,. house Martins nesting and flying around. A stork nesting on the chimney pot, making clack clack noises. The breakfasts were excellent. The town of Selcuk is a very nice town especially the area where the pension is. I cannot recommend this place enough, if your going to see Ephesus then this is definitely the pension to choose.

charming little pension

Owners friendly but room was very cold and outside Street light with no good curtains meant the room was bright all night.
Breakfast was disappointing very basic.  Having had great breakfasts everywhere else in Turkey.
Owners spoke very little English. Problem if you don't speak Turkish. 

Very cold 

It's a really nice boarding house run by a friendly family. It's located on top of a little down a road and enjoys relative tranquility. Before we decided we saw more than a few structures, but this was definitely the most characteristic. The rooms are small but cozy, the bathroom is a bit spartan but everything is absolutely clean and dignified.

Very nice and excellent value for money.

We stayed here for only one night, the room was small with a dividing tent for the bathroom. The family that runs it is very available and welcoming. They kept our luggage after checking out and stayed with us for a few more hours before taking the bus at night.

Good value for money!

I've been very good at this simple, well-groomed, clean boarding house. The family that runs it is kind, polite, generous. The rooms are large and clean, simple. Breakfast with bread, cheese, fruit, tomatoes and olives. Beautiful indoor patio. Absolutely recommended for those who don't want to spend a lot and at the same time be in a comfortable place.

Kindness and simplicity

We spent 3 nights there and would definitely recommend this guesthouse. The hosts were very friendly and willing to help, but unfortunately due to the lack of English/Turkish knowledge, there was no great communication. The rooms were clean and beautiful. Breakfast was also delicious. The guesthouse also has a great backyard with Hollywood shovels. Tea/coffee was available all day for free. Overall, a really great guesthouse and a good price ratio!!!
