This hotel is simply wonderful. From the moment you arrive you’re given a drink and talked through all the activities and things available and taken to your room. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with all the toiletries you could need and a beach bag, slippers, dressing gown all included. Air con works great. Each day the housekeepers do a great job and you return to your room spotless again. The food is brilliant. The themed nights break up the week and they go all out with every theme. We were there for Turkish, Mexican and Italian night and they really had put effort in to each one down to flags on every table. The best bit about this hotel is the service. In an all inclusive I would not expect table service for drinks at breakfast but the waiters are at your table bringing you juice/coffee straight away and this continues from the pool to the beach to all of the bars. There’s even table service at your sun lounger on the beach and a man walking round with cold towels. We usually had lunch at the beach bar and Murat treated us amazingly all week. The beach is great. Extremely busy at this time of year but you don’t mind that. Water sports are available on the beach. The extras dotted throughout made all the difference, cocktail hour round the pool, waffles at the beach and a juice bar, all little touches which make this a 100% 5* hotel. You get a coupon for a photo shoot with 1 picture free. Bit cringey for us but made for a few laughs and you struggle to only pick one photo! There’s always a few who bag sun beds at 7am but we came everyday around 10/10:30 and never struggled. I would recommend everything about this hotel to couples. I would say it is 80/20 Germans but they still say all the announcements in English. The after dinner entertainment was a bit hit and miss (Parisian night/turkish night and MJ night were brilliant) but again great table service and some good times had. Take some cash with you because tips go a long way with the staff here. Highly recommend a trip to the beautiful town of Side. Bus is easy to use or €15 taxi from the hotel.
