We stayed there for a night, as a alternative to transit hotels in chanakkale , the rooms are bigger than average, you get access very fast to the pool and beach , they don’t let us use the pool , don’t know why.  The yard with the pool is very wide, so we can spend a lot of time during the night  there, they have a small playing ground, that the children love  it. Breakfast was ok, we left the other day to our main destination.
Rooms nice , AC and TV works nicely, cleanings was ok
Staff very nice, they don’t speck english very well but we managed. 
Access to facility was quick , using google maps.
Its ok for a 3star hotel.

I could hardly believe that it is a real hotel.The room was big enough however it was no chair in the room. The bathroom did not have warm water on evening and no warm water on the morning. The room (especially the balcony hasn't been cleaned. The same was true for the bathroom. The bed sheet and the towels haven't been washed properly.

Hotel at a nice location in a poor condition

We arrived at the separate part of Palm Beach called 'butik' otel. No reception , only a phone number. We were told to take any room with a key in the door! We took the 'luxury' one as we had paid over 1500tl on internet. But breakfast would not be served there but in the other hotel 15minutes walk away!!
The room was beautifully decorated but the strong cooking smell from the café downstairs came into the room. The bathroom and toilets were filthy., the shower hose not connected, sticky patches on the floor which was very dusty too. We phoned the number again and it was someone from the other Palm beach who answered and who told us we could stay there. We went to see them and found their rooms equally inadequate for the price: not clean, in bad repair . So we refused to stay. They promised to refund us.....we're still waiting.

Didn't stay because the room was dirty.

We get there on time for check-in.  Of course the hotel is difficult to locate off the main road since it is secluded in the back.  When we arrive, lady and her helper ( a boy around the age of 13) tell us the room is not ready.  So here we have my 80-year old mother-in-law who cannot walk much, and my 11 year old son who was not feeling well after a long drive and was experience a migraine headache.  

The lady told us all that they are still cleaning the rooms and the boy will take use to the bar for drinks on the house.  I get a beer and the rest of the family gets water.  Guess what, we get charged for the beer when we check-out and it was not cheap!

Even worse, we get to our room and the floor still has remnant of sand/dust.   The A/C did not work because the remote needed new batteries.  The rinse glass in the bathroom had remnant of goo/junk at the bottom -- YUCK!

We decided to leave the hotel and have dinner offsite.  Came back around 10pm and the boy was the only one at the hotel still working!  That night, there was a wedding next door and disco went on past midnight!

WiFi sucks in the rooms!

We cut our stay short checked out immediately the next day.  My recommendation, stay away from the this hotel!  They charge way too much for what they offer and they are not clean.

Worse Hotel Experience--Ever!

I travelled many countries in my life and this hotel was worst wide open. Bathroom and room floor was dirty . Tea boiler was full of stuff i could not imagine what it was ??  The food they called breakfast was extremly poor..

There was a circumcise ceremony in front of our room so there was over loud noice that prevents me and my family to sleep till midnight. After the ceremony finish lots of drunk people was trying to leave the hotel with their cars... And lots of other things....

 I am not going be there again..

Worst experience ever

The hotel is simply basic and old. There is zero luxury in anything. The beach is good compared to the area in which it is.

2 Stat Hotel Promited as 4

a kind of camping or motel but not a hotel. no hygiene small rooms like a tent no amenities no wifi even no internal phone. lack of hygiene indifferent staff average location never again. shocked when the manager gave us half pastry saying it is too costly.
