I would like to sincerely thank all the wonderful staff working here. From the very first day, we felt warmly welcomed and cared for. I would especially like to mention the entertainment team – they were amazing, always full of positive energy, very helpful and friendly, making every day enjoyable and fun. However, the biggest thank you goes to the restaurant staff – the waiters. These young men were absolutely exceptional! Every single one of them was extremely polite, respectful, sweet, and incredibly hardworking. They always had a smile on their faces, no matter how busy they were, and they went above and beyond to make sure guests were happy and comfortable. Honestly, their kindness and dedication truly made our experience unforgettable. Thanks to them, we felt like special guests every day. Also, our room was kept very clean, and everything was well maintained. The food was absolutely delicious with so much variety – there was always something for every taste. But most of all, it’s the staff who made this vacation so memorable. Because of their friendliness, kindness, and professionalism, I would love to come back to this hotel again in the future. They are the heart of this place! ❤️
