Diamore Hotel

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Checking in and out was simple and straightforward. There was a lift but we only used it with the suitcases as we was on the first floor. Hotel was quiet apart from music playing in the bar area, and that stopped at 11pm. Rooms are dated but very clean with housekeeping coming daily. Outside balcony with chairs was a nice size, shame there wasn’t a table to go the chairs. Smoking was allowed on the balcony. Beds were comfortable and the aircon kept the room nice and cool at night. Bathroom was clean and the shower was very powerful. The swimming pool was clean and never too busy, there was a shallow end for the few children staying to play in. Plenty of seating, spread across the outside, which were always kept clean and tidy by the staff. All guests were friendly. You could leave personal items on tables/loungers and not worry. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. You had 2 hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The selection wasn’t vast mainly salads with feta, chicken or some Turkish style meatloaf, pastas, rice, soups, fruit and breads. The drink’s selection was small, red or white wine and beer were the only alcoholic beverages offered. Fizzy drinks were available but no diet, fresh juices and tea and coffee. All drinks were not available after 11pm. The hotel is on a strip of shops selling various items, plenty of restaurants and is a nice 15 minute stroll to the beach. WiFi is awful you can only connect in reception or the bar area and even then it’s extremely slow. The hotel is nice and you are getting what you pay for. That being said I would go back and stay again, it was peaceful and in a great location, the staff were friendly without being too in your face.
