Thieves! I do not recommend this hotel at all. We arrived at the hotel on Wednesday afternoon, already on Thursday 60e was missing from our wallet. We didn't even have time to take the safe because of the whole fuss about changing the room, we thought we would the next day and already in 1 day we were robbed. Then at the reception for 3 days, they wait for us to come later when they look at the history of entering the room, they say that they are not interested because we did not take the safe, so it seems they can rob us as they want. The woman at the reception immediately asks for a good room by herself and that you pay 10e and then she gets a 5m2 room, only when we complained that she couldn't charge for a better room and we got a bad one, she exchanged it for a big room which was great. The staff is VERY rude, I have never felt so unwelcome and unwelcome anywhere. Waiters, receptionists, cooks, all of them are unprofessional and rude. Definitely one of the worse experiences.

ROBBED IN 1 DAY

Overall the service is good. Tip the receptionist at the arrival to get a better room. The rooms are clean, and the rooms are cleaned everyday, the towels are changed on daily basis. The food in the restaurant is very diverse and there is something for everyone that they like. Breakfast is from 07:00-10:00 and is varied. Lunch is from 12:30-2:00 p.m., that's when it's the busiest because lunch lasts the shortest. Leave a tip to one of the waiters in the restaurant so that they always find a seat for you when it's crowded. Dinner is from 18:30-21:00 and in my opinion the best and most extensive meal. There is always fresh fish, meat, vegetables, pasta, pizza, there are also watermelons and various cakes, ice cream... When we compared with people from other hotels, we really had the most varied diet. You also have the option to have a snack at the beach bar, from pancakes to donuts and paninis and burgers, there is a bit of a crowd and waiting because many take food between the main meals. You also have the possibility to use the a la carte restaurant for lunch and dinner once a week, so you can sign up for that as well. The beach is beautiful and the sand is fine, every morning the staff rakes the beach and collects waste. The sea was nice, in the morning it is calm while in the afternoon there are waves due to the wind which is constant but not too strong, we only saw a few jellyfish in 2 weeks. All in all, one of the better vacation options than the offered.

A great vacation

Where to start... Upon entering the rather luxurious hotel lobby, your first impression is spoiled by a frowning receptionist who is unpleasant from the start. After handing over the room, everything went wrong. We went as a family of four. However, we were given a small room where there were 2 beds and 2 small flimsy extra beds (about 160cm in length). When I went to reception to say we were 4 adults in the room and wanted the room we had actually paid for - 4 full size beds, I was told the hotel was full and we would not get a refund until the end of our stay. I called the travel agent's delegate on site that evening. Suddenly something could be done about it. After three days we got a slightly bigger room, but still with those flimsy extra beds that were impossible to sleep on. But the hotel took this situation as resolved and I had to call the delegate again. After another three days we finally got a quadruple room. The room was really disgusting, like really disgusting. The room we got hadn't been wiped for the last 2 seasons. There were rotten shells under the bed and an unreal smell coming from the air conditioner, which was working at about 50%. I wanted to address the situation immediately with the hotel manager. Subsequently, the receptionist said that she was the hotel manager and was not going to deal with me anymore. I felt like an idiot when I called the delegate for the third time. When the delegate arrived, the hotel manager was someone else. After the arrival of the hotel manager, I, as a customer, was insulted several times with bad words when he was talking to the staff in French...  He didn't know I spoke French. I am very disappointed with this holiday. And I don't recommend you come here. The same food every day. The meat is either burnt or raw. Hygiene does not tell the kitchen staff anything - cigarette ash in the food (???) and many other disgusting things that happen on the set. There is also a lack of cutlery and glasses in the dining room, we had to buy our own plastic cups which the staff then deliberately threw away, arguing that we should wait for glasses. The bar has alcohol diluted with water (?????) There are two obnoxious "bartenders" all night. You can only get a maximum of 2 glasses per person at the bar, and even then sometimes you can't. Ask for a drink and they will immediately skip you and send you back to the endless queue (normally 10- 15 minutes or so). They also don't pour into cups, so you get a tiny 0.15cl glass btw :D and you can go back to that endless queue. 

The only thing that was nice was the beach. The beach is clean and safe. 2 security men take care of it. 

Room cleaning OK, you only get 2 towels and 2 bath towels even if you are in a room of four people or one person . A lot of people have dealt with this here. If you don't speak Italian or French you can't speak to the cleaners, you have to go to reception

I'm really upset that I spent so much money on this vacation. It wasn't worth it. I would rather recommend another destination for that kind of money. 


Family vacation turned into 11 days of terror

Hotel beach - excellent. Room service - good and clean. Everything else has flaws. Understaffed, workers exploited, you have to stand in line to get 1dl of Sprite?! Management wants to save money by forcing workers to work 12 hour shifts (or longer) and by discouraging guests to use "all inclusive" services.

Food is okay most of the time, but for more popular food you have to wait in lines - French fries, bbq. You have to wait for the cutlery and ASK for glasses to pour water from the machine, or terrible juice - for a 1dl of beer or coke, you gotta stand in line!

Coffee is served only during breakfast, ice-cream only after supper. Fruits are only watermelon, wild plum and green peaches.
Workers heavily exploited, same people will serve you at 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.



Management saving money by exploiting workers and discouraging guests by creating lines and waiting 

Unfortunately, the hotel is very bad in terms of treatment  ..The hostel treats Tunisians as if they are not welcome .. From the reception, the bad treatment began..They prevented us from entering from the outer door of the hotel (parking) under the pretext of check-in at 14 o'clock, ..we asked to speak or meet the person in charge..the outside guard refused and beat us  when we insisted on our right to speak with the reservations officer .. the bad treatment continued at the reception and even with the hotel staff and its manager..
An experience that will not be repeated !!!!!

Very bad treatment !!!

Staying from 10 to 17/09/2022 Very disappointing. I strongly discourage. The bathroom was not clean.: - Ants in the bed and bathroom and lots of food waste under the bed. After reporting, they dropped the insect bomb so more ants in the moment T, but they didn't clean under the bed... - toilet paper unsupplied. Towels of the same color changed every day but you have to claim them to recover and be able to take a shower... not count on the wifi that only works one out of five. A technician has to come this week to do what is necessary... From this moment on, there are many difficulties to communicate with a small bar: a small snack bar with a dangerous hanging around: a clock of supplies for men and drinks, but no toiletries, but no toiletries, no toiletries, no toiletries, no toiletries, no toiletries. We have to use a lot of them.

Stay in line with our expectations

For me and my husband it was our first trip to Tunisia, so it was hard to pick a hotel, but if the tour offered us the Thalassa Mahdia Aquapark 4*, I looked at a few photos, read a few reviews and agreed! (White and small like flour, sand I've never seen! The color of the water just swirls around) ️ So, first of all, it's important to note that in any vacation the main thing is the mood! And if the setting is great, then the little minuses won't spoil your rest!😉 I started to talk about a few advantages: Some of the main things are the sea and the beach!❤️ I've never seen the color of the water come around! ️ The color of the water just swirls around! ️ The color of the water just swirls around! ️ The color of the water just swirls around! ️ The color of the water just swirls around! ️ The color of the water just swirls around! ️ The color of the water just swirls around! 

Beautiful hotel on the first line with its own wonderful beach❤️

We had a great stay at this hotel the beach is beautiful the blue water is turquoise and the soft sand the pool is top with its bar in the water and the host blaki is super pleasing with the tourists.

Have a great vacation.

My partner and I stayed in this facility for 7 days, and exactly from September 12th to 19th, the service was active for one and a half hours a day and any other experience was absolutely negative and to the limit of hygiene-deficiency diseases in all the services provided by the facility. First of all on arrival we immediately noticed a poor collaboration between the hotel staff, the reception had no WiFi service as promised at the time of the purchase of the package, and the service was only active for one/two hours a day and any other experience was also very weak and scarce.
