40 reviewsAlthough very shiny and clean, its best days are in the past. It really reminds me of a hospital. Very few soft surfaces or furniture. More of a basic business hotel than a tourist hotel. Doesn’t have the noise and the chaos you would get at the Timor Plaza hotel or the beach that others have. Odd location choice in the neighbourhood. It is walkable to Timor Plaza but not the waterfront. The ladies at the front counter are cute and friendly as are all the staff. Breakfast is ok, A La Cart. Airport pick up and drop off were a big bonus. The pool is the biggest disappointment with heavy algae growth on the sides and swirls of cloudy material in the bottom. Clearly the chemicals are out of balance. The other challenge is you can’t turn off the bathroom light (hot water heater?) so it shines into the bedroom.
