small, nice and glam!
a lovely and fashion corner in the city centre.
very kind owner and staff, good price for a very big and well furnished Deluxe Room and we had a basic but quality breakfast included in the price.
suggested to whom want to spend one day or more in Udon Thani.

The staff is absolutely fantastic. Extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was great as well. The room was huge with a giant bed, a small bar area, desk and separate bathroom. Uniquely decorated, it was definitely funky. It featured floor to ceiling windows, multiple chairs and a big comfy sofa chair. AC was cold, shower nice and hot. Near a big market and not too far from the mall. Didn't love: Lots of black mold in bathroom and in an area with a ton of "karaoke" bars (red light district).

Lovely!

We have stayed in this hotel for the past six years, usually in April. Our last visit, was on the April 2016, and I was very disappointed this time.

Gone are the days of a well stocked mini bar, that even offered a fantastic bottle of Rioja.

Now the place is untidy, and unloved.

The staff are still friendly and the rooms are barely OK now.
We stayed in room 16 and the TV buzzed and crackled, the air con was poor and the ceiling fan did not work. Lights did not work because broken bulbs had not been replaced.

The main foyer, is now a complete shambles, and in need of a big tidy up.

This place is no longer charming, quaint. The list is endless.........................

Untidy and Unloved- Big Shame

This is definitely not a family destination hotel. Located close to the Udon male "single scene" with many bars close by. Many rooms rented by hourly rate if that tells you anything. On a positive note, there are some nice eateries within walking distance, i.e. Little Italian restaurant only 200 hundred meters away.

Long overdue for a major refurbishing

I booked a room here and arrived from Khon Kaen to be told (eventually) that there was no room available. They said that someone had decided to stay an extra night.

Now I understand that these things happen but the hotel should have contacted me to tell me there was a problem - a quick email would have allowed me to make other arrangements. 

They said they'd bring me to another hotel and really couldn't see what the issue was and couldn't wait to get me off the premises. 

Incompetence and rudeness, a winning combination!
