We only stayed there for a night on our way from Pakse to Bangkok. We wished more of these kinds of accommodation were available in the provincial cities of South East Asia. Our bungalow, in a nice garden setting, was well appointed and of high standard. There were a few interesting looking restaurants nearby. To reach the city center we would recommend taking an inexpensive taxi or tuk-tuk. Communication turned out to be a bit of a challenge. English was very limited, but with a bit of patience on both sides we got by. We had to leave very early the next morning and therefore did not expect breakfast. It was a nice surprise that this was still served on our veranda although the kitchen had not opened yet. Excellent value.
