Although I can only comment on the block as a whole because each apartment is rented out separately & I don’t know what each one is like. (Ours was amazing with sea views & sunsets). The block is set up a short steep hill, you can drive up it, tuk tuks will go up it if you ask beforehand and we walked up everyday. It is steep but walking is fine if your not unfit. I wouldn’t push a pushchair up or down it though. It took us about 15 mins with children & bags to walk to the beach & a handy Familymart at the bottom of the hill. The block is well maintained and the pools are kept clean. We used the pools in the early evening after a day at the beach. There seemed to be a mix of families & groups staying here & mix of nationalities but it was very quiet & we often had the pools to ourselves or just one other family. There is a covered car park & staff are onsite throughout the daytime & security at night. I would recommend these apartments.
