We stayed at the resort for 13 days in a Garden Villa. When we arrived we were greeted at reception and called by our names. Straight away we felt welcomed. Check in was quick and we were given a welcome drink which was much needed. We were taken to our room down a little walk way covered in plants and flowers. Our room had a large double bed, wardrobe, drawers, enough storage for us. The bed/pillows were extremely comfy. Quite air com. Large bathroom - not a power shower but it did its job and never ran out of hot water. We had a large covered terrace with table and 2 chairs. The rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel has a nice size pool and is right on the beach. Plenty of sunbeds so no need to "reserve" and because of the trees there is loads of shade. The restaurant is right on the beach, stunning views when eating. Breakfast has lots of choice, hot selection with egg station, continental, Thai dishes, yogurt, cereal and fruit. The main menu is reasonably priced and the food was delicious. The staff are absolutely amazing and care about you. Wee and Tan greet you by your name everyday. Everyone from cleaners to reception acknowledge you with a smile. The hotel is on the outskirt of the town so you do not get disturbed. You can walk out of the main entrance for a few minutes to shops and restaurants or walk along the beach for a few minutes and cross a little bridge. We loved every minute and we're sorry to leave.
