Christoph welcomed us warmly, and proved a wealth of knowledge of the area. The hotel is very convenient to the center of Zermatt as well as mountain activities but is in a quieter area. The rooms have balconies that look out over the sights; the rooms are clean and comfortable. The classic European breakfast was plentiful. Overall, a pleasant and affordable hotel (by Zermatt standards); would definitely return!
