Great place for lunch in the mountains, great views, friendly staff and good food. Great place to stop for a quick drink, snack or lunch. Also do accommodation. Been going there for years and still as good as ever.

The best thing that I would say about the hotel is that it's right on the slopes so when you wake up in the morning and you are ready to ski you can slap on the skis or board and you are ready to go.
That being said it was a nightmare to get to on the first day and the website said that it as really easy to get to. So much so that we had to go to the tourist office and ask them to call the hotel and were not told that it was on the slope. We had to leave car in town and travel with all our luggage onto the gondola and were met by a member of staff from the hotel with a skid doo who takes your luggage and then asks you to put your snowboard on and follow him to the hotel. Not great when you haven't been boarding for a number of years. The rooms are clean, basic but functional with no TV but free wi fi when its working. No chance of getting into town from this hotel with the last gondola back at 5.30pm so once you are back in the hotel there is a bar which stays open until about 10pm. The breakfast was basic and wasn't alot of choice with the evening meal. We decided that the last night we would stay at a hotel in town so that we could get an early start the morning. We got hit with all kinds of tax for vacating early. This hotel suits families that are not really up for any kind of après ski but won't staying here again.
