We came for 2 days and ended up staying for 5 days.
Everything was great. 
Friendly staff. Helps in any situation.
Good price. 
Good location. About 5 minutes to the ocean and restaurants.
Clean and comfortable rooms.
I would recommend this guest house.

I've stayed in this hotel with my Mom. We had a great experience! We even prolonged our stay here. The receptionist was really nice and friendly and we had the best breakfasts compared to all the previous hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka!! Sri Lankan breakfasts with green curry, fruit, cakes, tea. Really delicious. Awesome service. The hotel is located very close to the main beach 🏖️ so it's perfect! I'd come back!!

Very good value for money with a great breakfast. Looking forward to coming here again. Host is very friendly with bike rental facility too. Room is also large and cozy with a good amount of toiletries. Location is very near to Mirissa beach which is happening.

A perfect place to stay!!! rooms are great, very clean, position is perfect near the beach, great breakfast, very friendly staff!! Hashan , the owner is a nice man and help us for everything! If you are in Mirissa beach this hotel is the perfect place!

Fabulous service by Hasham. A minutes walk to the beach & an abundance of restaurants outside. Breakfast was plentiful & fulfilling.

Really clean and nice rooms with fridge, hot shower with good pressure and other amenities. Very friendly and nice staff. Breakfast was included and it was close to the beach in the centre of Mirissa Beach but still very affordable. Recommended!

Wonderful Family hosts, good clean venue, lovely fresh breakfasts. Close to all amenities. Will definitely recommend this place. Warm friendly  people, always on hand to assist with any request. Best fresh fruits every morning for the guest at breakfasts

Mirissa Best Place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Dream Palace Family Guest House! We stayed there 5 days and had perfect vacation. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was amazing—just a short walk to the beach and close to shops, food spots, and even a bus station, making it super convenient to get around. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. It's also near some great sightseeing places, which made exploring the area so easy. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay!

The Perfect Place to Stay in Mirissa

The place is really nice, the room is big, the bed is very comfortable, there is air conditioning, there is a fan, there is a shower with hot water, a kettle in the room
, a shared kitchen, a balcony on the roof, laundry services.  
In short, excellent.  
The owners are very nice and kind.  And in addition to all the fair price.

A wonderful place in the city center and near the beach

We had an enjoyable stay at the Dream Palace Guesthouse. 

Great location - less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. Central to Mirissa. 

Rooms - large and good double beds. 
Bathrooms were a good size too. Rooms were very clean as were the common areas. 

Couple of points maybe to consider:

-drinking water is not provided in the rooms and no refill station. Which I found quite unusual. There was a charge per bottle. 

-Communication was a little difficult at times but obviously comes down to language barrier.

-We didn't have breakfast included with our stay but saw others having breakfast. At check in might have been useful to know cost / if breakfast was available.

Like I said, all in all, a pleasant stay and we were very pleased and comfortable in the Guesthouse. 

Great location and clean! 

We stayed here for 4 nights. I have never seen more helpful and caring receptionist. He helped us with laundry, trips, transport and was always ready to give us any advice. The hotel has great location near the beach (1 minute walk), restaurants, grocery store and souvenir shops. The bus stop is also in front of the hotel. You can buy water in the hotel for the same price as in the grocery store, which is a great benefit. Rooms were clean and the AC was working just fine. There was also mosquito net. I can't think of better accommodation ❤️

Great service, location, rooms.

Lovely little family guesthouse, located only 30 seconds from the beach.
The property is near to the Main Street, and has a back path down to the beach.

Room was really clean, the family that run it are lovely, and there’s a great little roof terrace with views of the ocean.
Everything I needed was provided, even including a hairdryer and beach towels. They also have a shared kitchen if you wanted to prepare your own food.
A real little gem, definitely recommended !

Great family, guesthouse, 30 seconds from the beach

We had some very nice days in Mirissa. This is a very nice hotel near the beach. The rooms are quite big and very clean!! The rooms are nicely furnished and the bathroom is nice and clean. One of the best hotels we had in Sri Lanka. They have a rooftop you can use. We used it to drink a beer in the evening and have some Pizza or fruits in the morning. Definitely recommend this place! The owner is also very nice!
