We had the secret jungle just for us for the time we were there. We relaxed a lot. Green everywhere, lots of birds, squirrels and beautiful flowers. Super kind and attentive staff. Since the cottages are in the middle of the green, and and mosquitoes say hi from time to time. we had birds building their nest in the lamp on our front terrace right above our heads :) There is dome where you can do yoga on your own or with other people at 9 AM every morning (at least that was the case when we stayed there. I don’t know if this is just a temporary offer). Loved that we had a little refrigerator and an outdoor shower. Breakfast was simple, but very tasty and plenty. We asked for more bread and we got more with butter and jam. Also, you get fresh drinking water for free every day. The manager also organized transportation to Tangalle and from Tangalle back to Negombo. Price was fair and drivers were friendly and on time…and good to drivers. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks a lot to Simonetta, Lakshan and the other people at Secret Garden Villa for an amazing time.
