Very friendly place to stay, and a really good price for Colombo, not too far from the main part of town and easy to get a tuk tuk.

We had a very long day travelling and it was so nice to be welcomed in by this family who were so helpful in helping us find our way around/where we needed to go. The son spoke very good English which made it much easier for us too. Cosy room that was very clean and private - same goes for the bathroom. We would definitely return here.

Apartments are located in a street with many stores and places to eat, have cosy rooms with air condition and its own bathroom, helpful hosts had the answer to all of our questions, 10 minutes walk from the center of Colombo,

great host, great location

Nice place to stay

While Ashan and his mother were helpful, I cannot recommend this location. The bed was a combination of slippery mattress and too small unfitted sheets, which made them impossible to keep in place.  There is no AC, only fan..it's hot..only cold water shower.,no tv...  It should be rated 1-2 stars

Shifting Sheets, Cold Water Shower...

There are so many negative things we cannot list them all.  We stayed at other homestays that were the same price and far superior.
