From the moment we arrived, Octavio was very welcoming and helpful. The amenities in the apartment were as described and we had everything we needed even down to new fast wifi in the room.
The apartment is handy for the beach and the Yumbo Centre.
Antonio the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful when we needed it.
Very good value and great location and we would recommend it to our friends and family.

We was that hotel last december , that was great time there ,nearly from sunny beach and very good service .. We will want be back there again ..

Sound proofing is not very good, but there is no bars etc. near. Morning time some cars. Sunny balcony. Sunny pool area. Very good location. If you get this 500 or less a week- its good deal in peak times. Quite old. And parking places near the apartment.

I have by now stayed in about 10 hotels in Playa Del Ingles, and El Cisne is now near the very top of my favourite list. Very good value for money. Yes, the apartment was a bit old and worn down, but it's so bit, with so much closet-space - and that balcony outside both the livingroom and one of the bedrooms is just so big and lovely. I also loved the fact that it's unbelievably quiet at night, but still so close to everything. On second row from the seafront, the beach is just 5 minutes walk away, and Yumbo is about 10 minutes in the other directions. The nearby small centro commercial Sandia has lots of bars and restaurants as well, and is a really nice place to eat in the evenings. The staff in the reception was very friendly and helpful, and the pool area was clean and nice, even though the water was freezing, but I already knew the pool was not heated so that was to be expected in January.
So, yes, I'll absolutely be staying here again.

This is by no means a luxary apartment, but if you want somewhere to sleep after a day on the beach and a night in the Yumbo centre you could do a lot worse. The appartment had two bedrooms, a small kitchen, bathroom and a living area. The make the TV work you need to put money in, we only switched it on as we were leaving as someone had left credit on it, there were only three channels.
The apartment was very clean and the room was serviced the second day we were there(only there 3 days) 
Pool was clean but very cold
The beach is only 5 mins walk away (down some steep steps)
Yumbo centre 10 mins.
Good place for a long weekend if you don't need the life of luxary and you don't get in til 3 in the morning.
