Arrived back 2 days ago after a week’s stay here. Was very apprehensive due to some of the previous reviews as was travelling alone with 2 children. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! We had the best week here. We were dropped by the coach just by some shops. The hotel is just behind down a small path. We were in room 328 which was lovely as we were given a sea view. Yes there are lots of stairs but that is evident before you book so any issues with this then book elsewhere. Our room was clean and spacious. I was aware that there were no cups etc in the room so just brought my own travel kettle with me. Room was cleaned every day. We arrived really late and I had emailed ahead to the hotel and they kindly made us a late supper. We also just managed a drink at the bar before it closed at midnight. You are given plastic cups on arrival which you keep for the duration of your stay. They are rinsed each time you go to the bar and also changed if you ask. I took washing up liquid also with me. I had no problem with the plastic cups and didn’t find it made any of our drinks taste funny. Food is plentiful and actually something for everyone. Yes could get repetitive but there are many people to feed and there was something for even the fussy eaters, my children included. Food was fresh and hot. Plenty of salad and fresh bread and a different meat/fish cooked fresh every night. The omelettes at breakfast were lovely. Every member of staff was amazing and friendly and so helpful. They all work so hard. Antonio and the rest of the bar staff were great. We would definitely return we had a great week!
