I really liked this hotel. It was one of the most comfortable stays we had while travelling in Spain these past 2 weeks. The rooms were simple but spacious and very comfortable (one big bed and a pull out one for the kids), maybe the kids one was a bit more uncomfortable, but ours was very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. There was a kitchen in our room which would have been very handy if we had stayed more days. The breakfast that we had included with our room was pretty plentiful, had many options. The hotel is a bit far from the center of Madrid, but well connected. We had trouble with the train station accepting our Canadian credit cards as it's an old station that doesn't accept cash, so we had to take an Uber the first day, but coming back was no problem, there was a train until late at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
