Casa Bouza

We were a group of 6 motorcyclists touring Spain and finding sufficient twin rooms with adequate parking is very difficult. During my search I happened across this hotel which ticked all of our boxes. This is a lovely hotel in large grounds and in a remote location. Saying that, there is just a little road noise from the distant motorway, but you have to listen carefully. We were met by the owners (husband and wife) who showed us to our rooms, explained how everything worked, even the electric gates and then left the building and grounds to us. They lived elsewhere. The nearest food is a restaurant about 2km away but it is a pleasant walk so that wasn't a problem. Breakfast was substantial, served in the breakfast room by the owner who attended early the following morning. There are no nearby towns or villages but if you want relaxation or need a stay over en route then this is well worth visiting. Would I stay again - yes!
