Too tired after a day on the Camino to venture out, so decided to stay put and eat at our hotel. From the moment we’re served an amuse buche, I knew we were in for something special. We ordered the whole monkfish for two- outstanding! At the end of the meal, we are brought what looks like a mint on a plate, but then the waiter pours a bit of hot water on it and it becomes a a warm towel! Great service and a special evening!
