Perfect location very close to the centre and main attractions of Córdoba. The manager didn’t speak much English but was very kind and eager to help. The manager’s office wasn’t open very often or for long, but there were phone numbers on the door I assume would get through to her if needed. Lots of useful leaflets and info on Córdoba in the reception area. We were also able to leave our bags in the hostel until 1pm on the day of checkout so could go back into the city until our train. Great communal areas - a lounge in the reception area with comfy chairs and a TV and a lovely terrace on the roof with tables and chairs. Basic bathrooms but clean and functional. We went in a quiet time of the year for the hostel so didn’t have an issue with waiting, but this may be a problem in the busy tourist season. We had a sink in the room though so it worked well. Also be aware that in busier times, the walls are very thin and the square the hostel is based in gets loud so bring good earplugs! For the price point though, this is very reasonable as it was a lot more affordable than alternatives close by. Close to a lovely independent wine bar with organic wines (Jugo) and a vegan/vegetarian restaurant (La Bohéme) as well! Felt like we were in the heart of the city in a beautiful old building! Had everything we needed, would definitely recommend.
