Ilunion Palmanova Mallorca

Just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel with our family. Very clean hotel and food was very good at all meal times. Breakfast, usual full English items as well as pastries and cereals etc. lunchtime, fresh carved meat counter as well as a good variety of food. The pool snack bar was very well suited to the children who have eaten there every day for burgers, pizza, chips and salad. The food on the evening was also very good. Chilli’s, pizza, lasagne, Mexican night, Asian night all very good. Two downfalls which I believe are a very quick fix, they are slow to replenish the food of at all. There were a number of occasions where food had ran out at 8pm and we were told there was no more. Also, we knew we were limited to 3 alcohol beverages at meals times which is fine however, I don’t agree with having to be in the main restaurant in order to consume them. You should be able to have a beer with a burger at the pool bar at lunchtime. These two things did not by any means spoil or ruin our holiday in anyway. Just personal preference and suggestions. Reception staff very helpful and the cleaning staff were very polite too. Evening entertainment was good for the few shows that we saw. We would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it to friends too. Thank you for being the perfect hotel for our holiday!
