I stopped here for two nights near the end of A3 week, all camping, cycling trip. Staff are friendly and helpful, the place is spotlessly clean and it's a quiet place to be. It's also inexpensive. A simple buffet breakfast is included in the price. Facilities include a very welcome washer and drier (only one of each, so some queuing), and secure parking, which is free for cycles. The are computers for internet access (I needed to download a route into my bike computer) and free wi-fi for your own devices - this was a good speed. A kitchen is available for your own simple cooking, and there are handy vending machines. There are a number of seating areas, including outdoor terraces. Sleeping is in mixed dorms. I have no problem with that, but I guess if you're a solo female, for example, you might be less comfortable with the arrangement. There are large free lockers for each bed. Each bed also has two power outlets (continental and UK) and a light. Washing is in good, clean shower rooms. The metro is only 5 mins walk away, and Bilbao is a fascinating city, just 3 stops away. I liked staying here, and would stay again.
