The Agir Springs Hotel by MedPlaya

Brilliant place. Absolute gem. No idea why this is rated 3.5/5 on trip advisor. Some people must have very very high expectations and there are plenty of much more expensive hotels if this doesn't fit the bill. I notice that many complain about noise of big parties, we didn't experience this. Although, if you are coming to benidorm, you might encounter the odd hen/stag do, as this is the kind of place it is. Also people are complaining about noise if you are staying on the 4th floor, this is because you can hear the restaurant chairs behind moved above, on the 5th floor. We only heard this around 10/11am in the morning and we were already awake (we stayed on the 4th floor) You are going to hear noise from other areas, you are in a hotel, not a villa. We spoke to many other people staying in the hotel who agreed that it's a lovely hotel and had no issues at all. Pool/restaurant/communal corridors are lovely and modern. The pool area (with bar) is on the rooftop and offers lovely views of lavante.... It is also a sun trap 👍 No complains at all, absolutely great stay and 100% would come again. Stayed in much much lesser hotels with a higher trip advisor rating. Take certain reviews with a pinch of salt. Well done to all at Agir Springs 👍👍
