I was staying in apartments for 2o nights in October 2013. First of all - before you book it's clearly stated that there is no reception. You arrive, call from your cellphone number, mentioned in email and enter the building. Then you reach your room, enter 5 digit code and get your keys. If you booked parking - there is a box with 5 digit code in your room with 2 keys. Everything is clean and pretty comfortable. A little bit noisy neighborhood, but it's Almer��a. Checkout time was 11, pretty usual for me. Everything in room was clean and working. New Samsung LCD with wide selection of channels. Mitsubishi heavy aircon works quiet and very powerful. What else....beach is reachable in 5-10 minutes down the street..there's cafe and supermarket on the street. Few words about parking - it uses elevator system and I recommend to drive backwards in the elevator, that will make procedure easy. For parking there are 2 keys. Bigger is for human elevator (to reach -2 level. There is a keyhole instead of button) and smaller for car elevator. When I'll b in Almer��a, I'll definitely stay in 16:9 again. P.s. WiFi was excellent, uploaded a lot of pics on Facebook.
