Playaolid Suites & Apartments

This was an amazing hotel, it was clean, and so close to the airport, we were the 4th to be dropped off. The lady at the desk was very friendly and suggested we headed for food as we had a late flight, and sort out room and cases after. Our room was up 3 lots of stairs, really clean and spacious. We had a kettle and fridge. Our balcony overlooked the baby pool. Loving sun trap. Food. Food was very good, your were not stuck for choice. Breakfast amazing and hot and also freshly made omelette. Staff in the restaurant also so Friendly and chatty. We took our own mugs, as we like bigger cups, and our own tea bags and coffee, yes I’m fussy with coffee. Pools there are 3, they were freezing so I didn’t swim in them. I preferred the bottom pool, it was not so busy, the main has all the entertainment for the children. There is a bar and toilets next to the bottom pool and a gate to get out to walk to the beach. The beach is stunning and only about 15min walk. We went everyday and it was Warmer than the pool. You can also walk to las America’s it’s about 45 min, but worth it. We did only one trip out to Monkey land, that was fun well worth it, we paid €20 taxi and only €10 to enter and you buy some food and feed the animals. Entertainment is ok, fun for the children. Drinks were great and the cocktails even asked for one that wasn’t on the menu and they made it. Cynthia was amazing behind the bar, and she celebrated her 25th birthday. Only moan no gym, but the lady at the desk recommended one and my husband used that. €28 for the week
