Fantastic place u at home.we enjoyed our weekend.friendly staff.no noise at night or during the day.only sound u hear is of the cars on the main road.my next visit that is my first option....going ther early next month

On our way to Namibia, we used Werda's as our stop-over.  Friendly staff, lovely room, kitchen & bathroom.  Air-con in rooms, which in December is a must. Loved it and even booked for our return journey.

I frequently travel to Upington as we do not have a big private hospital close by Kuruman. Both my kids were born here and other operations for my wife was done here like today and once again we stayed at Werda Guesthouse. Facilities are comfortable, clean and all you may need to have a comfortable stay. There is braai(BBQ) facilities and most of the units have from a kitchenette to a full kitchen.
The cost for the rooms are very well priced and I recommend them for an overnight stay or even longer.

There's nothing special about Werda Guesthouse but since we came all the way from Cape Town and only had to pick up a 4x4 on our way to Botswana, we wanted to sleep only anyway. The place is clean, seem to be safe and there were no loud noises from neighbors etc. All good and fit for purpose. Actually we booked the place again when we returned the car 4 weeks later.

Stop-Over on Route to Windhoek, Namibia

My wife and I spend a weekend here. Nice comfy place, airconditioned with everything you need basically. Enjoyed the privacy that the high fibrecrete walls provide. Yes the road is a bit noisy at times, but who cares really? If you are travelling or on vacation you know how tiresome these trips can be. Shower,bed,sleep. We really enjoyed our weekend away. Will visit again soon.
