I stayed with my husband in Autis for two nights in April 2012. That is an off-season in the High Tatras and we were ones of the very few guests that stayed there. The hotel is located a 2 minute drive from Stary Smokovec and is therefore very convenient. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean. You get a soap, shampoo and a towel. There is a small TV with 8 channels in the room. The breakfast was tasty, with choice of hot and cold drinks, assortment of cheese, jams, bread, ham, etc. and warm dishes made of eggs and sausages. The staff was very helpful, polite and did the maximum for us. There is nothing amazing to write about it. It is what you expect to get for 40 euro in a good 3 star hotel. The only problem I experienced was that I woke up very early in the morning because there are no blinds on the windows and you get lots of light in the morning. Anyhow, I would certainly recommend it if you are looking for a nice hotel, with helpful staff and reasonable price.
