Excellent choice for skiing holidays, it's possible to ski basically to the car park in front of the hotel. Rooms are stylish and clean, equipped with cattle, electric hob, fridge and micro. There's a storage room for skiing equipments in the hotel, comes handy if you're staying for several nights. Food is great in the in-house a'la carte restaurant, pizza is highly recommended there.
Only little downside is narrow space around bed - managed to hit badly both knees. Quite a pain on a skiing holiday :P Mattress is also quite hard.

Stayed in Apartments Kamzik for a week in July '15 and loved it.  Our apartment was on the top floor and was beautifully styled.

Free wifi was available in reception.  There is a great and vast secure underground car park with lift access to all floors.

The Apartments are well located in a quiet area and an easy 5 minute walk from the activity centre or a 5 minute drive up to the main centre of Donovaly.

It was a lovely relaxing place to stay and we hope to return again soon but in winter with our skis!

We've spent there only 3 nights but we both wished it would have been longer. It has a great location, near to everything. The buliding also well visible from the road, there is no chance to miss it (from the direction of Banska Bystrica). Staff is very helpful - although they are not real experts of foreign languages, they have the will to assist and to help guests, so every problem can be solved by them. We even got a bottle of welcome wine :)
Rooms are simply beautiful, we loved the modern style of the furniture and the good quality LCD tv. Our only problem was the uncomfortable pillow (beds are ok).

We have spent a week here and had a very good time. We had a studio with fully equipped kitchen. It was very clean and nice, right at across from the fun park, easy to get on the slopes. One small inconvenience, wifi is not available in all hotel, but we did not mind as we prefer to spend time away from gadgets during holidays.

Not the most welcoming staff - my parents only speak English and got bad attitudes from the receptionists. From the outside it is a beautiful place but the inside is cold and sterile as are the rooms. We came mid-season so had a view of scaffolding and construction - I assume the place wasn't full so I would expect them to place us in better rooms during this period. One room was on the ground floor without a balcony.

For me the clincher was that they charged for WiFi, which is ridiculous for a chain in 2013.

The saving grace was the original receptionist - who wasn't very helpful but at least kept the bar open late (9:30pm) so the guests could finish watching the hockey championship game.

Wouldn't go back, wouldn't recommend.
