V Hotel Bencoolen 

I stayed at V hotel Bencoolen between 8-13 july 2026. This is the 3rd years which I came to Singapore for work and V hotel Bencoolen is the first hotel that when i came to check in, i felt like the staff was really ready to help, she have such a warm, cheerful smile, and she always make me feel cared for and at ease. I'd lived this place for 5 days. In every morning and after i went back to the hotel what stood out to me was that every staff member consistently greeted guests with a warm and welcoming smile. I would also like to compliment the hotel's facilities. Although the room was not very large, it was thoughtfully designed and had everything I needed.One of the things I appreciated most was the impeccable cleanliness of the room. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I can honestly say that this hotel is perfect for guests who share the same standards. Every corner of the room was impeccably clean, and it was obvious that the housekeeping team took great pride in their work. Their attention to detail was truly outstanding. One staff member I would especially like to thank is Ms. May, who took care of my room during my stay. She did an exceptional job maintaining the room and ensuring it was always spotless. Her attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness were truly remarkable. Beyond that, she was also very attentive to guests' needs and always made sure everything was taken care of. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a lasting impression on me. Thank you so much, Ms. May, for your outstanding care and hard work. It truly made my stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Benson, who took wonderful care of my mother and me throughout our stay. Finally, I would like to say that I was not paid or asked to write this review. I genuinely stayed at the hotel as a paying guest, and every opinion I have shared comes from my own personal experience.
