its cool hotel, and so near from mosque.. i like it to stay in here.. i can back to here if i back to mekkah, im promise. many food in here, and buffet breakfast its very good. the price standart for tourist.

One of best hotels..nearer to Haram Sharif.. walkable distance.. Good accommodation.. delicious Indian food..A straight way to king Abdulaziz gate  of Haram Sharif from hotel..Very near to super market..

Purpose of stay: Umrah

Location: Great location, near Haram but since it is located on a hill, some people either rest for a while or walk slowly to reach the hotel from Haram. Taxi is also easy to get from the hotel lobby.

Facility: Loving the fact that the hotel has lots of elevators, this is very helpful to go up and down especially during rush hours (near prayer time). Each floor has its own "lobby" or common room, another helpful thing if you need to discuss with others. Sleeping rooms are big, even with 4 people in the room you still have wide space to put your stuff and walk around. Dining room can be divided to  five sections. Each section is used by different group. Next to and within the hotel you can find stores/ outlet for souvenirs, cafe for coffee and fresh juice and Barber. Car park is available at the basement.

F & B: No review on this as our group is using outside catering.

Staff: Friendly although only know passive English.

Our Group Stayed here for 6 days, the hotel is descent not much to talk about. Rooms are Clean yet cramped with 4-5 beds so there is hardly any space to move or to keep Luggage. All luggage needs to be stuff below the bed or in a Single Cupboard they have provided. Staff is a bit of "No-emotions" kind, don't expect much from the staff. They only answer on "need to know basis". Washrooms are a bit Untidy but  they clean it if requested. Also room cleaning will only be done in your presence. Hence it needs to be informed and planned in advance. Wi-Fi facility is a bit dodgy specially in rooms. There is descent Wifi network in the Reception Area.
Drinking Water will not be provided by the Hotel, either it needs to be brought from Haram or to be bought from Shops nearby. 
Food was provided by our Tour Operator hence no idea on the Food Provided by the Hotel.

An Average hotel, 10 mins from Haram Shariff!

we as a group went to perform umrah from England .the hotel from outside looks good and modern reception area looks good nd clean. but honestly when we enter into our room it was dirty smelly and dusty stains everywhere. bad smell from carpet and horrible bathroom. this hotel need to be changed. i don't recommend this hotel at all.please pay some extra money and stay in good clean smell free hotel.it's 15min walk to Harm good location. good 15min walk for young person.i rate this hotel as a 2star
