Location is great, right next to a metro station and also close to a lot of tourist attractions and restaurants.
The room was quiet.
Everything was very clean
The staff was very welcoming, polite and helpful.
What was bad
The room is comfortable but tiny, no fridge, desk or other appliances usually found in other hotels about the same price.

We love the hotel as it is very strategically located. It is close to a lot of restaurant (kfc and mcd across the street). Very close to the admiralty metro station and there's also a bus stop near it (we use bus no 39a then no 3 from the airport; only 1 change, very easy to do). There's also a few banks 2 min walking from the hotel, good for exchanging money or ATM.
Also it's not too far from the hermitage/winter palace.

The staff here were so kind and helpful. The booking was to be paid on arrival but none of my cards worked. They welcomed me and were patient while I sorted the issue. The location is excellent.
What was bad
It was a wee but hard to find. Look for the A1 vape shop sign.

Everything is great. I would rate 11/10 if possible. The breakfast is amazing and not expensive. The staff are helpful and polite. Room was cleaned daily. Location can’t be beat!

It's only 3-5 minutes to all turistical "to-do" places, couldnt be anything better than this location.
Very clean room and shower.
Friendly receptionists, anytime reachable, well spoken English language and always happy faces to solve issues.
