Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. From February 4 to February 12, 2025 inclusive, access to the pool, hammams and saunas in the Luceo SPA area will be closed for technical reasons. The gym will be available for visiting as usual, and Spa procedures can be visited by prior booking.
Children between the ages of 12 and 16 are only allowed to use the spa if accompanied by an adult. Children under 12 years old are not allowed in the spa.
An early check-in fee will be charged. A late check-out fee will be charged.
Rooms for guests with disabilities are available only in the Premium Suite category.
Airport pickup is available with a BMW 7 at an additional cost.
Baby cot (crib) - available free of charge in all room categories for children under 3 years old.

Everything was perfect, they upgraded our room because of my birthday.
The service was on point, they are quick and very responsive. Also concierge helped me book train tickets to Moscow.
They made my stay in St.Petersburg very memorable.
