Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in is carried out remotely. Guests are required to complete online registration and sign the rental agreement in their personal guest account. To receive check-in instructions, guests must contact the property in advance using the phone number provided in the booking confirmation.
Parking:
1) Residential Parking: Free parking is available around the building. Guests can occupy any open spot at any time.
2) City Parking: Paid city parking is available near the building. Parking is free from 08:00 PM to 08:00 AM; beyond that, it costs RUB 40.00 per hour.
3) Secure Underground Parking: A guarded underground parking facility is available on-site. The number of spaces is limited, and advance reservation is required. The cost is RUB 800.00 per day (calculated from 03:00 PM to 12:00 PM the next day) with unlimited entry/exit during the stay.
Pet Policy:
Up to 5 days: RUB 1500.00 per pet.
More than 5 days: RUB 2000.00 per pet.
More than 10 days: RUB 2500.00 per pet.
More than 15 days: RUB 3000.00 per pet.
More than 20 days: RUB 3500.00 per pet.
More than 25 days: RUB 4000.00 per pet.
More than 30 days: RUB 4500.00 per pet.
