At the apartment

The apartment is situated in the building of the former Soviet-era Svetlana guesthouse, which has preserved its historical appearance.

The apartment on the 5th floor is equipped with household appliances: air conditioning and TV, there is an iron and ironing board.

The kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator, a full set of dishes, a microwave, a kettle, an electric stove, and a dining area on the balcony overlooking the sea.

In the private bathroom with shower and toilet, guests will find a hairdryer and a starter kit of cosmetics: liquid soap, paper.

There is free wireless internet access and views of the magnolia garden and the sea through the panoramic window and from the balcony.
