At the flat

The flat windows overlook the walls of the Outskirts of the City and the park.

Guests have access to: a double bed, a wardrobe, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has air conditioning, blackout blinds, mosquito nets on the windows, and Wi-Fi.

The kitchen area has a refrigerator, an electric stove, a microwave oven and a kettle. Guests can also use a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a clothes dryer and a hairdryer. Bonuses for guests: tea, sweets, bottled drinking water, disposable slippers, shower gel and disposable toothpaste and toothbrush.

Flat for two, a third person can be accommodated in the living room on a fold-out sofa, with an additional charge. By default, a main double bed is always ready for two guests, if guests need two separate beds, they must warn about it in advance.
