Good hotel and facilities but brilliant staff who answered my emails beforehand about hiring a car to visit some out of town sights. They sorted it all out for a good price and printed out maps and directions in English and Russian so that the driver and us could communicate. They even made us a free packed lunch as we were going to miss breakfast. What a wonderful experience... Very grateful and thank you!
