At the private house

The house is designed for 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, but can accommodate more on 3 folding sofas — 6 additional guests.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a kitchen with a breakfast area, and a living room with a table for 10 people, sofas, and a TV, a bathroom with a shower, a sauna, and a relaxation room after the sauna with a bar, TV, and board games: backgammon, chess, cards, poker, Scrabble, Monopoly. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a second bathroom.

Guests have access to a fire pit area, a barbecue and cauldron zone — a grill, and a wood stove with a 12-liter cauldron. Nearby is a veranda-patio with a table for 10–12 people. The property also includes a sports court with a basketball hoop and a playground for children with swings and a sandbox. For guests’ convenience, there is parking for 3 cars. There is a sauna in the house, and in the yard, there is a plunge pool with cold water, available during the winter season upon prior arrangement. For guests without cars, a transfer from Nakhabino station can be arranged upon prior request.
