Guest house features

The house is designed for 2 guests, with the possibility of accommodating two additional guests.

The first floor with panoramic glazing includes a kitchen area, a dining table, a fireplace stove, a fold-out sofa, a bathroom and a separate exit to the patio.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine and utensils for cooking. There is a separate dining area.

The bathroom with shower is decorated with wood and different levels of lighting. Towels, shampoos, shower gels, toothbrushes and hair dryer are included.

On the ground floor there is a recreation area. One wall is decorated with cork bark, the second is completely glass. Guests have at their disposal a fold-out sofa, dream catchers hung around the house, music from a smart speaker, and lighting inside and outside the house.

There is no TV in the house, but there is WI-Fi, books, tarot cards and board games.

On the second floor there is a bedroom area with panoramic glazing, a palm wall and an area for meditation/yoga and reading. There is also access to a balcony with views of the forest, patio and barbecue area.

There is a chest of drawers and shelves for storing personal items. There is also a bookcase with books and a hanging chair, a chest with additional blankets, rugs and pillows.

The heating in the house is made taking into account year-round use. For additional warmth there is a fireplace stove.

The house has its own fenced area with a Finnish grill, a table, chairs, trees and a separate exit to the Yakhroma River and the forest. Skewers, grills and firewood are included in the rental price of the house.
