The guest house offers rooms of the following categories: "Standard" from 1 to 2 people, bed 160x200 cm; "Standard with extra bed" from 1 to 3 people, bed 140x200 cm and armchair-bed 70x190 cm; "Family two-room" from 1 to 5 people, bed 160x200 cm, armchair-bed 70x190 There is also a corner transformer sofa with a 140x200 sleeping place. Most rooms can accommodate an extra bed — an armchair-bed or a sofa-transformer.

Each room has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, a minimum set of dishes, a wardrobe, a balcony, a coffee table and 2 chairs, stained glass windows and a private bathroom. It offers free Wi-Fi, a purifier, a microwave, an iron and an ironing board.
